Call Center Representative - Manchester Urology - Full Time

Must meet all Key Responsibilities that are indicated

  • Must be able to answer the incoming calls to schedule or re-schedule patients for appointments, answer patient questions, and direct the patient to the appropriate person if unable to answer the questions.
  • Is required to answer the Emergency Line.
  • This position is the initial contact for the majority of our patients – welcoming them into our practice.
  • This position is the practice’s first and lasting impression.
  • Must deal in an immediate manner with incoming consults and message from outside Physicians for the Physician On Call.
  • Must be able to deal with all types of patients conflicts.
  • Must be able to work at a fast pace and must be able to multi-task.
  • Dealing with difficult situations in a positive and professional manner.
  • Exceed Customer Service standards.

Education/Experience/Licensure

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • Experience: Previous experience in a health care setting performing similar functions preferred.

  • Certification/Licensure:N/A

  • Software/Hardware: Proficient in MS Office.
