Who We Are:

Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Services staff at The Elliot assesses, treats, and supports individuals with SUD who are in or seeking recovery. The Greater Manchester Doorway provides a complete assessment, coordinated referral to treatment and supportive services for anyone living with a substance use disorder. Our main goal is to help people struggling with recovery get the help they need.

About the Job:

Delivers care to patients and families with needs ranging from basic to complex, utilizing the nursing process. Creates a therapeutic and caring environment for patients and their families. Practices in a manner consistent with the Elliot Hospital Interprofessional Practice model; the ANA’s Social Policy Statement, Scope and Standards of Practice, and the Nursing Code of Ethics; and relevant specialty standards of practice.

Who You Are:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, Required
  • New Hampshire Registered Nurse or Compact State Registered Nurse License, Required
  • Ability to obtain BLS qualification during orientation period and maintain during employment, Required
  • Nurses are expected to pursue professional certification upon eligibility or within three years of entering the specialty practice, Required
  • Valid Drivers License, Required
