About the Job:

The primary role of the Senior Strategic Project Manager will be to provide project management services on assigned projects to ensure the successful delivery of identified goals and objectives for Elliot Health System. These objectives include the launch of new programs and services, as well as operational improvement initiatives. The Senior Project Manager provides leadership in a matrix environment to manage the work of project team members in all project-related responsibilities.

What You’ll Do:

• Partners with Senior Leadership members to develop business cases/project proposals as part of the enterprise project governance process
• Manage, oversee, and coordinate a wide range of strategic projects aligned with the growth of services and programs across the organization
• Leads cross-functional teams to evaluate, plan, implement, and manage assigned projects in support of the organization’s strategic objectives
• Coordinates tasks, schedule, scope, resources, communications, quality control, and budget management as appropriate for assigned projects

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, Hospital Administration, or a related field, Required.
• 5 years experience in a direct PM role, Required
• Experience with Enterprise Project and Portfolio Management, Required
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization, Required
• Proficiency with MS Office software, as well as MS Project and Visio, Required
