Therapist Needed for Elliot Behavioral Health

Elliot Behavioral Health Services is seeking an experienced full-time Licensed Independent Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor or Master Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor to join our team.

You will be responsible for initial level of care assessments, group and individual therapy, support to patients and/or their families. Within the healthcare system, you will collaborate with primary care providers, psychiatrists, social workers, mental health counselors and support staff for treatment plans and patient outcomes. Experience working with clients involved in the criminal justice system is preferred.

Minimum Requirements:

• Master's degree in social work, mental health or psychology required.
• Two years post graduate Social Work experience required, preferably in a health care setting.
• Licensure in the State of New Hampshire.

At Elliot Behavioral Health, Substance Use services, we assess, treat, and supports individuals with SUD who are in or seeking recovery. Our multidisciplinary team includes licensed mental health and substance use clinicians, psychiatric providers, RNs, case managers, and recovery support staff.

Many people struggling with substance use disorder can be treated in an outpatient setting. Depending on the patients unique needs, they may be referred or choose to participate in our Center for Recovery Management at Manchester (CRMM) for medication assistance with substances, Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) , or Maternal Opioid Misuse (MOM) Program.
