About the Job:
Responsible for administering, directing, planning, and coordinating all individual practice and facility activities. Including the implementation and management of Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) goals and objectives. Responsible for the operational development, growth, and success of all practices within the facility. Responsible for the administration and application of all Foundation Medical Partners policies, procedures, and protocols and continual assessment for the development and execution of process improvements. The Practice Manager is responsible for the application of and contribution to the goals and objectives of Foundation Medical Partners. Works with providers and staff to ensure the smooth operation of the practice(s) and all individual and collective practice development.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee daily administrative operations of practice(s) including patient interactions, utilization/optimization of EPIC, clinical workflow, documentation, and resolution of issues, processing financial and business forms, scheduling, customer service, and clinical encounters.
Manage administrative and clinical staff to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks and customer service excellence.
Create, monitor, and adjust provider schedules to maximize productivity and increase patient access.
Oversee department staffing and track volume to budget projections, participate in budgetary planning, implementation, and monitoring.
Facilitate meetings of staff including regularly scheduled physician, clinical, front office, and full section meetings as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Who You Are:
High School diploma.
Minimum of three years of practice management experience and demonstrated leadership skills required.
Minimum of three years of administrative experience required.
Bachelor's in management or healthcare field preferred.
Epic or EMR experience, is a plus!
