At NH Sleep Medicine, we are experts at identifying and treating sleep-related issues to improve our patients' sleep, health, and quality of life. We specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of a variety of sleep conditions in patients of all ages. Our sleep medicine specialist is one of the very few physicians in New England who specializes in pediatric sleep medicine. Our team works to develop a treatment plan that will help our patients sleep better and feel their best!

About the Job:

Assist provider as necessary; room patients, take vitals, triage patients, call in scripts, and other associated responsibilities.

What You’ll Do:

  • Carry out the nursing process in person, by telephone (telephone triage), and via telehealth modalities

  • Assess and identify patient needs, plan to achieve appropriate outcomes, intervene, and evaluate progress toward goals of care.

  • Collaborate to design and implement a plan of care with the interdisciplinary team including Physicians, Physician Assistants, and other health professionals.

  • Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and vaccines, perform point-of-care testing, and collect and handle specimens within the scope of practice as determined by the Nurse Practice Act of the appropriate state.

  • Educates patient on self-management activities, medications, nutrition, health, and wellness based on the plan of care designed collaboratively with Provider(s).

Who You Are:

  • Current NH Registered Nursing (RN) or Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) licensure is required.

  • Certifications:  Current BLS/CPR training.

  • Prior work experience in a healthcare setting is required.

  • Epic experience, is a plus!
