About the Job:
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is a strategic advisor and consultative partner to clinical and operational leaders across the organization. This role strengthens organizational performance by guiding leaders in employee relations, performance management, talent development, organizational change, and policy compliance. The HRBP serves as a trusted connector between employees, leaders, and the People & Culture team to support a fair, consistent, and high performing workplace culture aligned with exceptional patient care.
What You’ll Do:
•    Translate organizational and People & Culture strategies into actionable workforce plans that support quality, safety, engagement, and retention.
•    Coach leaders on effective leadership practices, communication, accountability, and team development.
•    Analyze HR data to identify trends, root causes, and proactive solutions.
•    Serve as the primary consultant for employee relations, including conflict resolution, corrective action, and workplace investigations.
•    Ensure consistent application of policies and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
•    Support leaders in managing conduct, performance, attendance, and behavioral expectations with timely documentation.
•    Guide leaders through goal setting, evaluations, feedback, and performance improvement plans.
•    Conduct regular leadership meetings to review engagement, performance concerns, turnover risks, and development needs.
•    Participate in departmental meetings within assigned client groups.
•    Partner with Legal, Compliance, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and HRIS to support organizational needs.
•    Support internal mobility, succession planning, and leadership capability building.
•    Perform other duties as assigned.
Who You Are:

•    Experienced in HR generalist work (3–5 years) with knowledge of employment laws (FLSA, EEO, ADA, FMLA, Title VII).
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
•    Equipped with strong consulting, conflict management, and organizational development skills.
•    Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (required); HR certification (PHR/SPHR) preferred.
