About the Job:
Performs all aspects of a CT exam as ordered by a physician and produces accurate and complete records upon its conclusion. Provides compassion and comfort to all patients throughout their exam
What You’ll Do:
Review’s patient medical information and reconciles physician requests with exams ordered
Completes essential documentation such as consents and questionnaires prior to beginning patient’s exam
Performs exams in CT including trauma, orthopedic, fluoroscopic, contrast exams and invasive procedures
Prepares and administers IV, oral and rectal contrast as indicated by protocol
Who You Are:
Completion of two years of Radiology Technology training in an AMA approved school to meet the requirements for registry by the ARRT in Radiology or equivalent training required.
ARRT(CT) Certification preferred. ARRT(R) certification required
State of NH Board of Medical Imaging Licensure required
One to two years of general CT experience
