Clinical Support Analyst II – PCS

About the Job:

Under the supervision of RN Mgr Clinical Operations Center, the Clinical Support Analyst II will be responsible for the coordination of schedules and maintaining reconciled payroll for assigned staff according to the needs identified by the RN Clinical Nurse Manager. The incumbent will collect and compile pertinent data and will support functions for the clinical departments as needed.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and maintain ongoing schedule for all staff in designated departments. Collaborate with managers and other designated staff to cover unanticipated needs.
  • Responsible for assisting the Director of Nursing Resources to support the financial goals of the organization through nursing quality reporting, budget development, productivity reporting and other necessary financial data.
  • Assist with payroll in designated departments by ensuring that staff time is accurate and ready for review and approval by the department manager.
  • Track completion of designated competencies for staff in assigned areas.
  • Perform FIT testing for staff, as required by Southern New Hampshire Medical Center (SNHMC).
  • Provide education during orientation and follow-up training regarding for the use of payroll and scheduling software, and time clocks.
  • Support the data management and administrative functions of designated departments.
  • Support the Clinical Support Analyst I in day-to-day activities and technical issues.

Who You Are:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree preferred.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a healthcare setting required.
  • Scheduling experience required
  • Experience in an administrative support role for clinical operation and staff scheduling preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of system policies, processes, and applications.
  • Knowledge of Kronos, ANSOS, EPIC, database management, and/or Shiftwizard preferred.
