Diagnostic Imaging Assistant (File Room Clerk)

Day Shift 7:30am-4:00pm - 40hrs/week

About the Job:

Reporting to the Radiology Operations Supervisor, the diagnostic imaging assistant will provide support services within the Radiology Department, including providing customer service and file room functions.

• Respect the confidential nature of patient information and abide by HIPAA laws and regulations.
• Demonstrate compassion and patience in all customer interactions.
• Communicate effectively with others within the department as well as outside of the department.
• Demonstrate proficiency with computer systems needed to perform job functions.

Who You Are:

• High School Diploma
• Formal understanding of the administrative and clinical functions of a healthcare/medical office practice.
• Some familiarity with radiology preferred.
