About the Job:
The Director, Revenue Integrity & Data Analytics leads the strategic direction and daily operations of Southern New Hampshire Health’s Revenue Integrity function. Reporting to the VP of Revenue Cycle, this role ensures optimal performance across acute care, outpatient facilities, and medical practices. The Director collaborates with finance, clinical, and technology teams to drive revenue optimization, compliance, and data-driven decision-making.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and oversee Revenue Integrity operations across SNHH entities.
Develop strategies to improve gross and net revenue capture.
Manage the Charge Description Master (CDM) and ensure compliance with CMS and payer requirements.
Identify missed charge capture opportunities and drive improvements.
Collaborate with finance to set strategic pricing and support audits.
Create and maintain policies for compliant revenue charging.
Conduct payer audits and lead denial management initiatives.
Present data-driven insights to senior leadership.
Use Epic to support reporting and workflow optimization.
Lead analytics initiatives aligned with financial and operational goals.
Who You Are / Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, with progressive leadership roles.
Proven ability to lead teams and implement strategic initiatives.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented, collaborative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
