About the Job:
The Executive Assistant will provide vital administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), Chief Transformation Officer (CTO), and the Marketing-Communications teams. This role involves managing executives' schedules, coordinating meetings, organizing materials, and maintaining sensitive information with discretion. The Executive Assistant will also serve as a liaison for internal and external stakeholders, assist with event coordination, and handle ad hoc administrative tasks for senior leadership.
What You’ll Do:
Manage schedules for the COO, CTO, and Marketing-Communications teams, coordinating meetings and preparing materials.
Screen and direct incoming requests, handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
Assist in the preparation of agendas and minutes for senior leadership meetings and committees.
Support internal communications, cross-covering administrative tasks when necessary.
Coordinate logistics for events and meetings as required.
Serve as a point of contact for various stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication across departments.
Who You Are / Requirements:
Education: Associate degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: 7-10 years of executive-level administrative experience required; prior experience in healthcare administration preferred.
Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), excellent communication, and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Abilities: Strong discretion, confidentiality, and the ability to function independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
