About the Job:
The Executive Assistant to the CPO and Legal Team will provide high-level administrative support to the Chief People Officer (CPO) and the Legal Team at Southern New Hampshire Health. This role involves overseeing calendar management, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information. Additionally, the Executive Assistant will support the organization of logistical and event-related tasks while serving as a key liaison between internal and external stakeholders.
What You’ll Do:
Provide administrative support to the CPO and Legal Team.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and manage communication with senior management.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive issues.
Assist in coordinating events and workshops.
Serve as a representative for patient and employee concerns, directing issues to the appropriate departments.
Support various administrative functions across departments as needed.
Who You Are / Requirements:
Education: Associate degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.
Experience: 7-10 years of executive assistant experience, preferably in healthcare.
Skills: Strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Abilities: Ability to prioritize, work independently, and handle confidential matters with discretion.
