About the Job:
We are seeking a highly motivated HRIS Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for the support and maintenance of our Human Resource Information System (HRIS), ensuring data integrity, enhancing HR systems processes, and supporting HR operations through analysis and reporting.
What You’ll Do:
Maintain data integrity through accurate data entry, coding, verification, error correction, and reporting across the full HRIS data cycle.
Perform scheduled HRIS activities; research and resolve issues or process flaws; propose and implement process improvements.
Serve as liaison with internal partners (Payroll, Benefits, Compensation) and third-party vendors.
Review, test, and support implementation of HRIS upgrades and patches.
Write and manage reports, queries, and data exports for internal and external stakeholders.
Support HRIS end users and assist in daily system administration.
Prepare state and federal reports as needed.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Who You Are:
Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience required.
At least 5 years of experience in HR, IT, systems, or a related area.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
High discretion and confidentiality; capable of multitasking and managing priorities.
Preferred experience with Lawson, Position Manager, and Kronos.
Comfortable following complex instructions and working both independently and collaboratively.
